If markets crash or correct like 10-20% which markets are over due for, and AVJ drops to low 50's again, im going all in, im serious, everything is great about this company, great assets, great management, great divvies, great balance sheet (gearing), trading well below NTA, Great Growth prospects, Very well diversified around Australia, Great history and proven track record, Great brand recognition, low interest rates which will continue which is good for property development, they keep away from high rise development, just affordable housing in growth corridors, I cant find a fault anywhere to be honest.
Maybe the top 20% at 86% is a bit high and not much volume is maybe one "fault"
Given time this will catch up to its NTA of 95c.
Only wish I had more time to accumulate more.

Its been around 57c-62c range since OCT 2016, its very range bound at the moment, great for steady accumulation when funds are available that's for sure.
