Hi rcman, the story about TPI yesterday (IMO) makes me think it is more likely than not.
A scrip deal has to be such that Twigg's stake in the overall combined entity is not diluted too much.
A merger with AGO would kill Brockman's attempt to force access to FMG rail. Not to mention, Brockman could lose the South West Creek port allocations.
This is where I think the Chinese could possibly be flushed out to counter. I reckon the Chinese are eyeing 50MTA South West Creek.
It's just pure speculation of course.
