Hey John,
The injection of Capital from all the options being exercised will still be higher than the share price, even higher than the combined share price and option price while the share price is under $1.10 and the oppies at 2c.
If anyone believes the Aussie market will go up, this is a great way to leverage into the market. The comparative FGGO (International Equities) are 4c and the NTA is lower.
If the Aussie market grows it would be insane to think the share price will stay under $1.10, then suddenly go to $1.20 or higher as soon as the options expire.
