completely agree! Glad I've been buying t 1.10, building up a solid chunk before the first dividend. The problem is that if the market falls hard between now and July, the dividend will be small or deferred. Still, along with CTN, this is the best buy still under NTA. CDM is right on NTA also, with a great track record!
