re: Ann: Investment Transaction For PrIME Bio... FX once mentioned Nusep's negotiating team being 'bent over the table' by the Xeraya team. This appears to be what has happened.
Not a good deal at all, as the market reaction indicates.
And with control of Prime passing out of Nusep's hands, I doubt there will be a spin out of the company.
The non-Nusep investors are never going to let to of their control now. I doubt Nusep will ever see value from the deal anywhere near comparable to their 60% stake in the process.
The developments at Nusep over the last few years provide a v. valuable teaching experience for new players.
