And the clever CTN "INDEPENDENT" Board Directors convinced OC to go, by paying them their next 5 years' fees ( for no management ) - and used CTN shareholders' cash to do it!! They have NO idea of their legal responsibilities ( and liability? ) in that deal, and also in waiving through the NAOS deal which benefitted a disastrous CGA, and benefits NAOS for the next 15 years -- and RADICALLY alters shareholders' investment aspirations!
It isn't hard to know what is in CTN shareholders' interest. Who should go. Stick with your original IMA . And it won't be "Armageddon" if you VOTE NO on all resolutions at the AGM on 28th November
