A NO on Resolution 7 means the OLD IMA is still in force. AND regardless of result on Resolution 8, Resolution 8 becomes defunct. However, the Board could appoint NAOS on the old basis - but NAOS might rather lose their $2m than restore and run the portfolio on the old conditions -- and be subject to a June 2019 review.
CGA said originally the first $2m was paid on signing on 27th October. IF that statement was true at the time, then NAOS would have paid $2m for nothing?
