Appears continuing strange that CTN shareholders are again written to by CTN's Investment Manager ( Oct performance, now matters that are only the province of our Board etc ).
They clearly believe the Board is irrelevant. Maybe they are- but that is no excuse for NAOS usurping the Boarfd's role. After all , they are the servant of the Board - by law , and should be in deed.
An attendee advised me that the meeting chair was very dismissive, when questioned about NAOS/ NCC investment of over 8% of its funds into CGA at apparently an average entry price of the order of $1. Today's trading 59.5 to 60cents , with a very late flurry to 62 cents.
Suggested all pretty minor matter?
Suggests a style not built on "open communication" between manager and client. Hardly meets the AFSLicence definition?
Hardly inspires awarding the keys to the bank vault for effectively the next 15 years
Maybe the shareholder totally misunderstood the responses. Do Your Own Research
