I would like to see a replacement board. Perhaps the old board can come in temporarily. I don't think people will see it self-serving if they act as caretaker...one or two remain. Mark Kerr obviously not, and keep 1 of the others who have strong corp governance or take lowest salary. But if GW not supporting this how do you outweigh that number of votes. Us small shareholders have been shafted royally
