I think it's important for the company to identify the major party or parties responsible for manipulating and screwing the share price over the last few month's and send them a clear message by excluding them from any upcoming company offers or discounted placements. They have already inflicted enough damage on the share price and the only way the company can hold them accountable is by barring them from any upcoming placements or discounted offers. Without course of sales records it's difficult to pinpoint the party or parties responsible but I think the company should know who is behind the fiasco
