re: Ann: Investment and co-operation agreemen... I suppose it has the added advantage of avoiding 'trading while insolvent' because the placement is still 'in the pipeline'. Of course if it doesn't come through, the first we will know about it will likely be some high volume selling followed by a trading halt and a 'thank you very much, see here a vista over this field of cacti'.
