If I recall correctly last year 'Chinese New Year' was used to explain the delay in bank approval of the loan. It never happened anyway and I am not convinced we get this investment without somehow having to make further concessions. I just have a gut feeling CMC is easy to squeeze because there are no alternatives to survive.
