Looking at the OHD project, and understanding the amount of money available from the Government, I am wondering if they are trying either the wrong sources or using the wrong consultants to do the application. I imagine there would be money available from FIAL (https://fial.com.au/about) or CEFC (https://www.cefc.com.au/). CEFC is a left field option, however, they are looking at ways to reduce coal in the energy sector.

They should also go to the Victorian Government and get money from the very large pot of cash put aside to develop alternative industries in the Brown Coal regions where job losses are the greatest. They are struggling to spend the money.
