Yep. Most likely it's gone be advanced gold/copper or zinc. Unlike other Chinese investors apparently these guys are different, with lots of money/ connections.
The word is they are looking for projects between 20 to 30 mil. My guess is that things are turning around for good. Accumulating needs to start from here imo.
