I haven't had enough time to really absorb this announcement but my initial thoughts are -
*Production isn't sales so profitability is still a question.
* The letter from the ministry doesn't count for much. It's not a PPA nor do I trust the government.
* I wonder what Dangote thinks of the Chinese cutting into his market?
* This news could just be a selling opportunity for someone. Why dump a couple of millions shares at 0.015c if this is such great news?
Not convinced.
