And just to reinforce it.....
So for someone to make a statement of expecting to be cash flow positive from a project that would mean all the ducks have lined up, it's economical and what they've found and done so far has reduced the risk so much that they are happy to make that statement.
Me personally, I see that as a huge vote of confidence.
