INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENVIROSUITE


Pacific Environment Limited (“The Company”) is pleased to update the market on a number of international opportunities for its world-leading technology platform, EnviroSuite. As previously announced, Founders Robin Ormerod (Director and Head of Science and Innovation) and Kristin Zeise (Corporate Marketing) and Chief Executive Officer Peter White led a small delegation to the USA in June to attend second round meetings and conferences with a view to developing new international markets for our Technology.


The high level of interest in EnviroSuite from multi-national companies, technology providers and Government has provided strong validation of the world-leading nature of the technology platform and the Company’s ability to grow its international presence. Discussions were held with global resources companies regarding potential trials of specific EnviroSuite modules and to investigate joint venture proposals from leading US technology companies.


Following meetings in the USA, the Company was invited to and attended meetings in Europe and London regarding a potential acquisition opportunity with global subsidiaries and further joint venture technology proposals. These discussions are currently ongoing and incomplete. The Company will update the market as these discussions progress.
