Interesting to note the PFS NPV of $37M at gold price of $1580 at discount rate of 7.5%,  It pretty standard to express commercial economics figures at discount rate around 8%, but depending on FML volatility - the actual discount rate is probably higher than 12%, which would probably make PFS uneconomic at the gold price at $1580, explains why they shut down the project.

But it be interesting to re-run the economics when Horizon re-run their PFS later this year, with Lakewood and Boorara resource at the current gold price of AU$1860/oz.
