I think you have made good points. The royalties trade off idea I like.
What we have to remember here is we are looking at robbing (or paying) Peter to pay Peter scenario - shareholders excluded, as directors shared between companies.(so there may have been an element of convenience involved) Anyway, its hopefully onward and upward from here, without the dead weight of ITT
