Losses incurred, yes, but in the long run I believe getting out of the constant cash drain of this stagnant entity has to be a good move.
I note that the placement for ITT is at one cent anyway and while I don't follow their fortunes, I doubt HGO wiil have been able to offload for much more onmarke. I am happy to see our directors stepping away.
