I was also of the view that the previous mill feed was sub-30% Fe material, which was one of the reasons for the slow output of high-grade con; basically because there was so much gangue mineral to remove. The update says the grade constraints are economic but doesn't relate this back to historic performance.
The project has never had a resource, as far as I'm aware.
