cash flow of 27 mil is good but does not cover the 1 c dist, but l figure that in this 6 months it will.
by year end l figure on a 1.5 c dist. which would be 3 c pa.
this is enough to push the sp above 50c and the increasing rate of cash flow should propel it a bit more.
low gearing of 34% and they have cash reserves and no probs with refinancing - definately a prime target for t/o but its not that exciting unless you have a longer time frame.
if they can apply the cash reserves to debt then the interest cost will come down which is handy.
