I've just gone back to 1997 and there hasn't been a single year since then and no doubt prior to that that PRT hasn't paid a dividend. That includes all bull and bear markets, GFC etc for over 20 years.
PRT has traditionally been a high dividend stock.
I bought several times from the nineties down to 22 I think was the low a year or two ago and hung in there because I believed in the company and the dividends were so good and franked as well that it compensated somewhat for the loss of capital.
Yesterday I sold at 27, I'm over it. I still have a soft spot for the company but the management have given me no reason to hang in there. I can use the losses as I've had some good luck with lithium and they can help to offset some profit taxes there.
To all holders I wish you the very best with the future of the company and that the share price eventually comes back to reflect the potential of the company and that the dividend is reinstated. GLTAH
