I have always suspected that 400mg will do nothing. 800mg, I was hoping at least one. So 1 out of 4 = 25% partial abscopal. But we know that the 1200mg is the one that delivered full abscopal in one patient on compassionate grounds. So the current one patient 6 weeks scan delivered a partial abscopal, that is even better as we are not into the 12 weeks scan. It is definitely a good result. A full abscopal is what we need in the 1200mg.
