    I was never quite sure why KEY went out and brought the Cooper Basin assets when it had undeveloped permits in the Perth Basin. Now KEY estimates it will need to spend $3 million to meet its obligations in the Cooper Basin I guess time will tell whether this money would be better spent in the Perth Basin than the Cooper Basin
