Friends south (Victoria and NSW), are telling me the housing bubble is bursting of recent. Truth is, current values are still better than 5 years ago, I suppose it depends when one bought.
The point being AMS, current volatility expands beyond the ASX (some of my other holdings are and continue to put more red on my portfolio).
Over many years in and out of markets, these dips are not uncommon in my experience.
As a long term holder, at the current MC and the public knowledge just released (with the potential to fast track FDA approval- no need to expand on that value to you as to the fundamental prerequisites desired by Pharma), have taken advantage and increased my holdings here.
Hope you and other regulars are all g, back to the hectic festive preparation currently needed to be addressed.
I suppose it goes without saying (but I will anyway), couple of 3ys showing an increase in holdings by our directors would certainly help sentiment in our current situation.
