CAT is a small company paying its CFO $600k. just because another company might also be paying its CFO an exorbitant amount does not mean CAT’s rem is too low!
I guess I’m just pointing out - it’s great that part of the payment is in shares, but it’s not like He isn’t being rewarded handsomely even discounting the shares with his $25k cash per month!!..
