Consent for the sale is also to be sought from Clarence Moreton
Resources (CMR), the other JV partner. For those unaware, CMR
is a subsidiary company of East Coast Power owned by Peter
Francis and Glen Cunningham.
Francis and Cunningham are also T20 SH's of ROG. I'll let you draw
your own conclusion.
