    Looks to me like TBR has paid double what MRD was unable to pay in their failed bid for the prospects..........Is this a strategy to retain control of TBR????....A big blocking stake given away at a massive discount to secure the attached shareholder votes????........This nightmare just gets worse and worse........Does corporate oversight exist?? ...
