Many moving parts now with the adventurous decision of the takeover panel, the motivations of the people who initiated the takeover panel action, the opportunistic (actually laughable offer) from NST for the remaining half of the EKJV, the forced disposal/ sale of the TBR shares through the Commonwealth without TBR going to appeal in a higher court, massive surprise special dividends and a thinly traded stock with a long stable price history becoming volatile and now this investment in a mining jurisdiction that has a worse sovereign risk reputation than the DRC! All they need to do now is get into some crazy ”nearology" play or start talking about Pilbara nuggets or Cobolt and Lithium and they will have the full canasta in mining wheeling and dealing.

This sure isn't the boring gold and cash machine that my due diligence turned up a few years ago!

Like you I will continue to watch the share price and may treat this as a high risk entry in the future if the market gets carried away, I"m free carried with a small exposure at the moment so not much to lose and a high risk opportunity is there for those with some risk tolerance,

As a disclaimer I also hold NST and have taken some profits on the way up this yearn so will watch the NST threads with bemused interest....
