It looks like some sort of backdoor and expensive way of shoring up control. Don’t blame you for selling, I’m selling a few as well as I expect the price will go lower if the vested shares ever come into play. I can’t see the share price going down to 0.1cents as we know there is significant value at play in this company, but selling a few now to buy back later once the banksters are finished with their dirty tricks campaign seems like a sensible way to hedge one’s bets at the moment. I know Anton and he has never liked these Asian countries as investment destinations. I really think he might be losing the plot. Better to get it all out in the open and let a judge decide on the greater evil. You have the money and power to argue it to the high court. Anton use your power to unmask what is really happening here, the judges in the Federal court are fair, they even allowed a jailed heroin dealer to claim a $220,000 tax deduction for money stolen during a drug deal. Find a top class lawyer and take them all to town, starting with ASIC. Esh
