The NST offer is not fair nor reasonable, not even close and this Phillipines deal is just another fiasco.
Billis should just dismiss the NST offer outright. Going to Argonaut for an opinion tells me he is losing the plot. He knows what the EKJV is worth. Just look at the balloon which is the NST share price and figure how much their share in the JV contributes to that. ie it’s worth about a $1 billion on that measure and problaby $250-$300 million in the “real world”.
