What should happen now is a syndicate of investors , perhaps under the leadership of a major shareholder should vote out the board - now wouldn't you like to see that ! So shareholders post their proxy to the major holder to vote en mass . By the way i am not a shareholder - i got a preminition of this little racket very early on
