Regardless of whether the rumours are true, I hope shareholders who have yet to sell can see that they should hold on and see what pans out, rather than sell on market for less than they should.
There have also been some large trade go through since the Magnum offer. Large enough to impact substantial holdings. Will be interested to see who the purchaser was...and the sellers.
