    The 2 cent variation between TO and SP is normal for the risk the deal may not go through and has nothing to do with my argument that the interest in the Cooper should not depress the SP for DLS. I'm not sure how to quantify my argument for you, TOs are by their nature secretive until announced. Alan Kohler, amongst others, has long identified DLS as a prime takeover target.
