I would think that DLS only has to match the offer to get this and keep it in Australian hands. At least this would prove how serious MH is, plus the fact it has already provided a valuable second opinion on AQO so there is something worthwhile to chase. If MH counter the counter then it's not a bad second prize for holding 20% either way DLS will get something out of it.
At the end of the day though this is about AQO holders so all the very best for a good outcome.
