I think hilly is correct , QHL needs to look seriously now at going offshore in Asia to outsource production , very sad to hear this news .
And yes management needs to also share the blame , there have been a number of issues, one that comes to mind probably 7 years ago is a MD who then became a director but was still receiving a very large salary , but with a far smaller workload
Given the IP QHL have and the situation with China expansionism ,there could be bigger forces at play here regarding the industrial action .
