Hilly your comment has merrit until you resd the AGM notice that has two motions about giving away substantial monies in the form of rites that none of these employees have a hope of seeing.
Personally I would like to see an executive team that can work for a salary and do not have to have these incentives in order to perform. Why? Because the vesting conditions are rarely that difficult to achieve.
QHL wont be profitable for some time now because we barely make any profit now dedpite turning over 59 million.
