I think there is a bit of short covering that is holding up SLR's share price today. Once that is finished before the release of the quarterly report then they will have another opportunity to go short if the report is very weak.
As for the share price - that will fluctuate on sentiment (both up and down), even if the longer term prospects look bright.

Have a look at what SLR and IGR have released about the expected production levels. That usually sets market expectations about production. However, the better company analysts will review those figures and make their own estimates of production levels.
