An outfit in its growth phase needs cash.
SciDev doesn't have surplus cash yet.....The virtuous cycle begins when it can fund growth from surplus cash......I expect this to happen shortly (perhaps this quarter or next one)
It is good that SciDev can borrow "internally"....The interest on this small loan will go to its shareholders.
