''It was said that Sci Dev was profitable''.....sure hasn't been since INL bought a stake
''1x sales''....a completely meaningless figure.....sales can be 10 billion..losses can be 12 billion
''paid in cash''....is this a good thing?....may mean less dilution but also means less incentive for the owners to succeed
'' paying to employ KR and Cronin to its Board''...What the hell does KR need to be paid for?...He earns enough from INL....What is his expertise with a company like Sci Dev?
Couldn't care less when Directors buy...neither does the market
