It is hard to say whether they overpaid for the acquisition.
It was said that SciDev is profitable ,but we don't have figures to examine.....Moreover ,SciDev performance will likely be affected in the short term by paying to employ KR & Cronin to its board.
Looking at last quarter contribution from 50% of SciDev (excluding roughly $100Ks from Burnie) one concludes that they paid just over x1 sales ,which is cheap for any business with some IP ( they are usually valued well over x5 sales)
Paid in cash ,rather than issuing 200m shares at 0.007.....No dilution.
I'd give it another 6 months....We will have some hard numbers to work through.
To my mind ,it seems like a good start towards sustainability & growth.
KR & Dan Cronin are confident buying up to 0.11......Director buying precedes rerate by about 6 months.
