Those complaining about it being sold at too much of a discount should realise that the capital raise isn't an overnight event. They would have been discussing this for some time to ensure they were able to raise the required capital. Share price 2 weeks ago was at $1.57, I'm sure not many saw an increase of 15% in such a short amount of time. Again, close last week had the share price at $1.65, a mere 5c discount.
