When the raise money from sophisticated investors and insto's sure a portion goes to current large NEA holders but a whole heap also goes to clients of the brokers who couldn't give two shits about NEA and just take the 10% discount and flog them off on market.

If they want the funds asap thats fine.. But they could have raised the money exactly like they and still offer an SPP afterwards to their loyal shareholders.. but they didn't.
