Completely agree, hilly_sandman. Acceleration of investment is called for. NEA has proven that expanding sales and marketing pays off (US$7M investment in US sales & marketing results in US$7.7M in ACV is a great outcome). Also they have proven to make the most of their research and development spend. Shareholders will be better served by rapid expansion than chasing an early profit.
A share price dip closer to $1.60 would only be temporary and will reverse with each announcement of actual measures to accelerate sales, grow geographies and further improve their offer.
