You don't care about being shafted, wake up man.. If they want to exclude Retail they should do it at a smaller discount. Otherwise raise what you need from instos and do a SPP after like other reputable company do, It's not as ideal as a rights issue but it shows some good will to all holders at least.

The share price will not languish waiting for a small retail holding when they already have the insto money they need.
