re: Ann: Institutional Placement Investor Pre... you do have a point, but after this awesome sp rise of late and ann of major contract couldnt imagine better time for cr.. logically a cr at time of sp strength and marginally below last traded sp should not undully undermine existing holders, as opposed to a cr when sp has been weak, which would need to b offered at a decent discount to instos... imho
