whatever way this money is ultimately spent I think its a win - either a (potentially) synergenistic acquisition or a reduction in debt which has been a big drag on the SP...
the only downside risk I can see is if the acquisition turns out to not be a good fit or is not received well by the market after its digested as someone said above...
utlimately I think the future bodes well for this little company, which has a strong footing and reputation in somewhat of a niche market
