72c not really fair value when the subscribers get 1 free option ($1 exercise price in 3 years time) for every 2 shares issued.. So they may not care about taking a small loss on the heads now (even if they believe the share price will triple in 3 years time).. They can just move to the next capital raising with free options attached.
