I agree with your thoughts re potential for cash asset backing (if NP is flat ...)....if the price stays were it is - pAN gets to 20c ......wsa goes sub 2, pos goes broke ......all the explorers go to zero ...........
the good thing is the co has taken the nessecary steps to "self fund" any restart......(ie left developed ore in the ground).......they will also convert inventory to cash (12m) and payout fin leases ......so net net around 35-37m ....
the last major corp acquisition (excld iog/sir) of a large scale resource in Oz .......was by WSA ......
they paid 73m (plus some tolling arrangement for 2 yrs) for approx. the same "total" tonnages on metal inside lil MCR ......
